Instant Message From Google?

Hi, everyone,
If you get an im from me, please do not follow the link and please, do not enter your email address or password. I had a feeling it was a stupid thing to do, but curiosity got the best of me, and as it turns out, apparently when you enter your information it sends an im to everyone in your gmail list. If you do not have gmail, this should not affect you, but I'm sending this to everyone just in case. I apologize.

I have got above email from a stranger. I have no idea what is this about!
