Let me know if you can tell me what is the difference between pigment and eyeshadow. I am new in makeup and have fun playing it but I am not sure what is pigment. I don't have pigment and only have eyeshadow.
Still working on to put on the faux eyelashes, eww... not working for fix. Why is it not sticking the way I want it?
