Papaya shower gel from bodyshop

I am not feeling well,I have cough, flu, and fever. Yesterday I head to bodyshop to redeem the papaya shower gel that I purchased online. It is RM13 a bottle of 250ml instead of RM22. I can't believe that I am the first to redeem at The Body Shop at Sunway Pyramid. It is just a floor below Asean Street.

Coconut bread

I am not feeling well and my housemate purchases the coconut bread but I don't think I can eat with empty stomach. Coconut gives wind, I still not have my dinner it is now 8.30pm.

Having bad cough?

Yeah right now I am coughing since last night I feel terribly ill. I am thinking maybe it is the room air conditional. Anyway, I have a good sleep but still feeling tired in the morning. Why is that?

My sis going crazy?

I am kind of worry about my sister because she has been talking nonsense. Things that does not make any sense, I do hope she can visit a doctor. She is not willing to do that and she has decided to move out and live life at other place.

Sometimes I think she has bad temper, yeah she has and she likes to scold people and asking so many questions too. Her colleague has resigned and she too is planning to do so.

Who often cross their legs?

For those who often cross their legs when sitting down for a long period of time,

3 unhealthy things will happen to them:-
1) Their backbone tends to become 'C' shape.
2) They will have neck aches and backaches on one side.
3) For ladies, their shoulder will tend to slant one sided causing their bra strap to slip down the slanted shoulder.
